In collaboration with Terra di Tutti, this project features a collection of objects that reflect on the challenges faced during the sea journey to a better life. Created with two African artisans from a social enterprise, the project is rooted in their personal migration stories—from Africa, across deserts, roads, prisons, and finally the sea, before arriving in Tuscany. The simple forms and symbolic numbers in the pieces evoke memories, struggles, and hope.
